Computer stick in"automatic repair"loop

My computer was working fine last night. I powered it down and in the morning when I powered it in I was put in an "automatic repair" loop. When asked to sign in it has my name in the field but all my passwords are incorrect. When I attempt to put that I forgot my password. It tells me I need to be signed in as an administrator. My account is the only account. The only option from there is restart and the loop continues. I can't enter safe mode. Or alter this. Please advise

Here are some steps you can try to fix it:

1. Try press F8 or Shift + F8 during boot (before Windows Logo) to enter the Advanced Startup Options.
2. Select Troubleshoot>Advanced Option>Startup Repair. This might automatically fix any boot issue.
3. From Advanced option, open Command prompt, run SFC/DISM to repair corrupted system files:

Sfc scan/now

Dism /online /cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

4. If you previously set up restore point, you can go to Select Troubleshoot>Advanced Option>System Restore and restore your system to a previous point before the issue.
