Hello
Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
Here are some steps you can try to fix it:
- Try press F8 or Shift + F8 during boot (before Windows Logo) to enter the Advanced Startup Options.
- Select Troubleshoot>Advanced Option>Startup Repair. This might automatically fix any boot issue.
- From Advanced option, open Command prompt, run SFC/DISM to repair corrupted system files:
Sfc scan/now
Dism /online /cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- If you previously set up restore point, you can go to Select Troubleshoot>Advanced Option>System Restore and restore your system to a previous point before the issue.
I hope the information above is helpful.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Daisy Zhou
