Published Add-in redirecting the end user to a SaaS offer

There is Published outlook 365 Add-in on App store. recently A monetarized Saas offer is associated to this Add-in. Now user searching add-in, it shows both which is fine. but when user clicks on add-in only it is redirecting end user to Saas Offer. Also there are other 3 issues with this flow-
- User is getting confused due to this redirection.
- Accept permission is failing when user is going thru the flow
- Also, it is linking Saas Offer to other add-ins which are not linked to Offer.
we have raised a support ticket but they redirect us to here.
