Although it has been verified that the LDAP settings are correct, sometimes such errors may occur due to read permissions of data source, network connection, etc.
- If these two queries are run on other devices, will the same error be reported?
Can you test it by simplifying the query or processing it step by step?
- If a query is too complex or involves large amounts of data, it may cause conflicts during Power Query processing.
It's recommended to run Excel in Safe Mode to check whether any COM add-ins effect running queries.
- You can press and hold on Ctrl key, click or double-click Excel icon, until it asks if you want to start it in safe mode, then please release Ctrl key and click "Yes".
- Open the queries files in Excel and run queries for a check.
