Are you running this on your private computer, or are you in a corporate network?
(For the record: There are plenty of posts about installation problems in this forum, and many error re-appears. But this is a new one to me.)

Could you please give more details?
In the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log there is one folder per install attempt. The one of most interest is Detail.txt. Feel free to attach it here.
