Limit Who Can Approve in Travel Request with Approval template

Hello,

I have customized the Travel Request with Approvals to set it up to approve staff time off requests.

However, when I go to select the "Not submitted" button, I can add any member of the SharePoint group in the Approver(s) field.

    By “Travel Request with Approval template”, do you mean the Travel Request App in Teams?

    If yes. Unfortunately, there is no way to limit Approve in Travel Request with Approval template.

    It shows all users in the organization by default, which cannot be changed. This is because the creator may have put anyone in the role of approver. This is By design.
