We have been accepted to the Microsoft Startup Hub and when I try to signup for the Azure account to avail the credits I am getting this error

"You are not eligible for the sponsorship benefits."

This is the same email, I am signed up on Startup Hub.

    Hi Meraj Rasool,

Thank you for posting your query on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

"This account does not have an active sponsorship" will show for anyone who attempts to log in to the Sponsorship portal who is not the account owner. So you have to login with those permissions.

Proceed to log into Founders Hub, go to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section and try and confirm its redeemed.

we would recommend you contact founder's hub support https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/signup?drawer_open=true in the support tab here as they can help look directly into why if the above does not solve.

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
