Crawl logs are showing that documents are being crawled but when I perform a search using the Search Box on a site I am getting zero results. I have logged into SharePoint using two different accounts (One being a Site Collection Administrator) and both get the same "Nothing here matches your search".

    Hi @Todd, William C (HQ-WRH10),

Thanks for reaching out to us. We are very pleased to assist you.

According to the information you provided and the research I have done, I may understand that you have successfully crawled the documents, but your documents is not searchable. If there is anything wrong, please correct me.

If there is no problem, then please perform the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Verify Search Location: Where did you perform the search? In a site or in a search center? Try to search it in a search center. If you have tried it, create a new search center and try again.
    2. Check Permissions: Make sure you have the necessary permissions to access the files being crawled. Lack of permissions can prevent search results from appearing.
    3. Check Search Schema: Ensure that the columns you're searching against, like document titles or metadata, are included and marked as crawled properties. You can verify this under the Search Schema section in Search Administration.
    4. Search Visibility Settings: Make sure that the site and document libraries are set to appear in search results. This can be checked in the site settings under "Search and Offline Availability".
    5. Incremental Crawl: Sometimes, running an incremental crawl can help. If new pages are showing up after an incremental crawl, it might indicate that the initial full crawl didn't index all content properly.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Moreover, if the issue can be fixed successfully, please click "Accept Answer" so that we can better archive the case and the other community members who are suffering the same issue can benefit from it.

Your kind contribution is much appreciated.
