Dear community,

I have a subscription on Microsoft 365 for my new business emails. I'm suddenly unable to receive an messages although I checked the domain status and all services were running normally.

Below is the message recieved when an email is bounced back:

Address not found

Address not found: Your message wasn't delivered to ********@espace.om because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.

The response from the remote server was:
554 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: Mailbox might be disabled, full, or may not exist on the server. Reason: JFE030050|

Your prompt support will be highly valuable as email stability is a vital matter to our business.

Thanks in advance.
