I would like to know if Computer Vision Free (F0) limitations (5,000 transactions/month, 20 transactions/min) is per susbscription?

The Computer Vision Free (F0) tier's limitations of 5,000 transactions per month and 20 transactions per minute apply to each individual subscription. Training image limitation per project is 5000. 2 prediction per second with/without storage (120 prediction per minute approx.). pricing
