Can you please advise the best way to find documents that contain macros in SharePoint 2013 On premise library and / or site. So far I have only found information related to running a PowerShell Script - I really need a reports with the exact documents in libraries and sites.

Unfortunately, there is no built-in feature in SharePoint 2013 that provides a direct report listing all documents with macros. The PowerShell approach remains the most viable method for automation and efficiency.
