Hello

When I create a VM in an Azure 22h2 cluster in Admin Center it shows me this error:

Cannot create virtual machine 'Testing'. Error: 'The virtual machine Testing was successfully created on server SF-HVCONSOLA5. It was not added to the failover cluster. For more information, see the event logs (Applications and Services logs\Microsoft-ServerManagementExperience) on SF-HVCONSOLA5.'

It is necessary that the cluster be registered in Azure?
