I created custom number formats in Excel on my Windows 10 machine. (kg, fm, m3, etc......) I placed these with small icons on the ribbon. I bought a new machine running Windows 11. I was able to import the ribbon items into Excel on the new machine. However, when I click on them, it gives me an error message, a command line, saying that it cannot find the file named "personal.XLSB". I copied the file named "personal.XLB" from the previous Windows 10, but the Windows 11 file system is completely different so there is nowhere to copy it. The file system structure is also completely different. What can I do?

I want to avoid having to recreate them. That's why I want to import them from the old one.
