How can I create list in Word that you can select a name, and two lines would appear under a signature line. The first line would show the name of the signing officer, with the second line showing the title and department the signing officer belong to. Ideally you would only have to make one selection, which decreases user error and time spent on completing a template. What item would I select in the Developer Tool? Can Macros be used in any way? If yes, what would the code that would be used and the steps taken to accomplish this?

See the Building Blocks Gallery Content Control.

You can save these signatures as AutoText or some other Building Block and then use the Building Blocks Gallery Content Control for your drop-down.

Where can Building Blocks be Saved?
