Could you please tell me under what circumstances you need to collect the verification code from Teams?
The following are possible solutions, please check them one by one:
- Check the spam folder
Sometimes the verification code email may be mistaken for spam, please check your spam or trash folder.
- Confirm the email address
Make sure the email address you registered in Teams is correct and there are no spelling errors.
- Check the mail server settings
Sometimes the mail server settings may prevent the sending or receiving of the verification code email. The email may be filtered by the inbox rules or hidden rules.
Check email rules and filters: Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Rules. Make sure there is no rule that can move the email to another folder.
If the sender meets the conditions, there is no non-delivery report, and you can't find the email in the "Junk", "Trash", or "Recoverable Items" folder, the email may have been filtered by the quarantine policy or other security policies in the admin center.
