When trying to redeem a product ket for MS Office 2024 Professional Plus there is an outage message

I enter the key, select 64 bit then I get this message:

Where did you buy Office 2024 Professional Plus?

If you purchased it from a source other than the official Microsoft website, it's recommended to ask the seller for installation instructions, as they may differ from those on the Microsoft website.

• For instance, if you bought Office through Groupon, you might need to download a specific ISO image from the provider to install it using the key code they provided.

If you purchased it from the Microsoft Store, we recommend changing your network environment, such as connecting to a mobile hotspot.
