it appears your MyDell is a .net 6 application. it will not run without .net 6 runtime installed. as .net 6 is out of support, you might check if Dell has an update to a supported runtime.
How to fix MyDell attempting to use EOL/Unsupported .NET 6
I am receiving Qualys vulnerabilities alerts due to assets having "EOL/Obsolete Software: Microsoft .Net Version 6 Detected"
- I removed .Net 6.0.36 from a test asset and resolved the vulnerability.
- After restarting my device, I receive the error shown in the screenshot
- If I click no, I can't use MyDell, I do not wish to uninstall MyDell if I do not have to
- If I click "Yes" it attempts to download .Net 6 (which is EOL/Obsolete)
- As it stands, it appears that I have to pick my poison. I would like to keep/access MyDell without having to reinstall .Net 6. Is this possible?
Thanks

Because .NET 6 is no longer supported and is therefore identified as obsolete software.
You may need to go to Dell's official website to look for newer versions based on later versions. .NET's MyDell, or ask Dell supporters for help.
