How do I obtain my PCR7 Configuration from my personal laptop when Elevation is Required to View.

Hello,

I am attempting to navigate through unchartered waters. My personal laptop has been compromised and require assistance with identifying the issues and how to best secure my system and network from people gaining access. I have reviewed an excessive amount of information in an attempt to resolve my issue.

I found the following:

1. SMB active - I attempted to disable it but it re-enables
2. The following services can be controlled: Server and workstation
3. Workstation active on with netBT_TCpip and a long sequence in brackets and a shorter sequence in brackets

4.Using CMD NET CONFIG RDR output = Workstation domain is workgroup and there is a logon domain with COM Open, COM Send Count and COM Send Timeout - the command completed successfully.

5. windows defender keeps turning off.

6.who is my administrator? I don't have access to my personal folders at times and it states to contact my administrator.

If I could access the PCR7 Configuration would that information provide insight into what I have identified above? I have rebooted, freshstart and everything reverts right back to what it was.
