Azure API Management Service does not update email settings.

We have an API Management Service instance that we want to change the email settings for.

I followed these instructions: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/api-management/api-management-howto-configure-notifications#configure-email-settings

And the values also seem to be set correctly in the Portal after a reload.

However, whenever an email notification is sent it doesn't use any of the new values. It is still the old ones that are being used, which is quite annoying.

I found this post from 2023, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1181706/apim-email-setting-for-originating-email-address-n, that mentioned a bug in the runtime version.

Having checked my version, I see that we are currently running version 0.46.1986.0.

I've looked through every piece of configuration I can get my hands on, and nowhere is the old values present. This tells me that it might be a caching issue. But there doesn't seem to be a place for me to invalidate said cache.
