It seems that Outlook is unable to locate your PST file, here are s few steps you may take:
- Check the File Path: Ensure that the file path mentioned in the error message is correct.
- Create a New PST File:
- Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles.
- Select your Outlook profile and click on Properties > Data Files.
- Add a new PST file and set it as the default.
- Reconfigure the Mail Merge:
- Ensure that the Mail Merge settings in Word are correctly pointing to the new or repaired PST file.
