Unable to send email during Finish and Merge (using excel and word)

Hi, when I try to send an email Mailings > Finish & Merge > Send email > Send. This is the error. How do I fix this ASAP?

It seems that Outlook is unable to locate your PST file, here are s few steps you may take:

1. Check the File Path: Ensure that the file path mentioned in the error message is correct.
2. Create a New PST File:
   • Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles.
   • Select your Outlook profile and click on Properties > Data Files.
   • Add a new PST file and set it as the default.
3. Reconfigure the Mail Merge:
   • Ensure that the Mail Merge settings in Word are correctly pointing to the new or repaired PST file.
