Hi Doddi,
From the screenshots I can see, you signed in to the Azure Portal using a 'Work or school account', since it has the @kluniversity.in
suffix. This account belongs to a Microsoft Entra tenant managed by your university and as such, it cannot be used for creating a free Azure account. If you want to use this account to get access to Azure, you will need to request access from someone who manages that tenant and its Azure environment.
If you want to try Azure service privately, you could either use an existing Microsoft "consumer" Account you might have (outlook.com, live.com, etc.) or create a new one by following this guide.
With that account you could request that free Azure account by using the process described in https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/purchase-options/azure-account?msockid=0fd890d687bf6ddd2bba85da86e86c00
I hope this helps.
