    Being an active MCT, you can access certain software devices through MCT benefits. You can see what MCT portal has for you.

    Once you have access to basic MSDN tools needs, such as Visual Basic, you will be involved in setting up your membership. You can create it through your Microsoft account or purchase a new version from the Microsoft Store.

    If you are unsure about your own usefulness or you can contact Microsoft support for more help.

    Also, if you only searched for Visual Studio tools, you could all be for nothing.
