I understand that you are encountering an issue, that you cannot open the Speech Studio.

Here are some troubleshooting steps:
- This can also be an issue related to your browser. Try to clear your browser cache and cookies, then hit Speech Studio again or try with different browser and see.
- I just reproduced the same I didn't find any problem with the speech studio portal. Please try this URL once again and let me know the status: https://speech.microsoft.com/portal
- Generally, we can check the Azure status page if there are any known issues: https://status.azure.com/en-us/status. Currently there is no issue with speech service.
- Make sure you have selected the valid/working resource in the right corner of the speech studio page. Try switching the resource.
