Azure Machine Learning Add-in Excel Error

Hi Team,

I'm trying to add the Azure machine learning add-in in excel and its coming up with this below error "Sorry, we cant load the add-in. Please make sure you have network and/or Internet connectivity. Click Retry once you're back online".

Steps that i took before posting here:

  1. I confirmed it with our network admins that we are not blocking any outgoing traffic to azure.
  2. I have checked this on my company laptop as well as my personal one and its the same message with or without VPN.
  3. I saw the add-in article where they recommended to deploy the add-in using the M365 admin centre and it resulted in the same error. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to solve this issue?

    @Sugumar, Karthik (NBCC) I believe you are referring to this feature. This feature only works with Azure ML classic workspace and endpoints and since classic workspace support has now ended this is no longer supported by current Azure ML workspace and endpoints. I hope this helps!!
