Hello all,

How to add user as Blind CC for all mails that sent from and received to it.

Forwarding wont work here because user want to observe mails with out that mailbox owner notice (It's s shared account with Exchange mailbox).

Can i try with Transport rules and create to rules one for sending and one for receiving, but I'm not sure will it update to sent message once they verify again by going to sent message folder.

    Hello, @Mani,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

Yes, you can use Transport rules in Exchange to achieve this. Please set it up according to the following screenshot.

(Replace the two addresses above with your real mailbox addresses.)

After my test, you can help user who wants to observe mails without that mailbox owner notice finish his goal.

Should you need more help on this, you can feel free to post back.
