Azure sign up problem

I can't sign up to azure because I can't verify my phone number. When I sign up on this link, https://signup.azure.com/signup?offer=ms-azr-0044p&appId=102&ref=&redirectURL=https:%2F%2Fazure.microsoft.com%2Fget-started%2Fwelcome-to-azure%3Fsrc%3Dacom_free&l=fr-fr
I enter my phone number, and when I click on send text me or call me, I have a "We’re unable to validate your phone number" error. (https://signup.azure.com/signup?offer=ms-azr-0044p&appId=102&ref=&redirectURL=https:%252F%252Fazure.microsoft.com%252Fget-started%252Fwelcome-to-azure%253Fsrc%253Dacom_free&l=en)
I tried everything, changing microsoft acocunt, changing phone numer, clearing cacheof the browser.... Nothing is working.
Anyone solved it ?
