Could you please help me with Azure Service area which you are trying?
While tring to create a new Distribution group in Exchange Online the EAC crashed and the new distribution group is not shown in GUI but in Powershell. But by Remove-DistributionGroup I get this error.
But now it is solved.

But now it is solved.
How did you resolve it? I'm facing the same issue and even after a few hours of waiting, I'm receiving the same powershell error and can't see the group in Exchange Admin Center or Entra ID...

Issue Symptom:
The author got "Resource does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present. DualWrite (Graph) RequestId: 692cd25a-bfdc-4511-b01c-249e5d28d547" while trying to create a new Distribution group in Exchange Online.
Resolution:
The issue has been resolved by waiting. He ran the Remove-DistributionGroup Powershell multiple time, but everytime he got an error. But suddenly the Group was away.
