Could you please help me with Azure Service area which you are trying?
While tring to create a new Distribution group in Exchange Online the EAC crashed and the new distribution group is not shown in GUI but in Powershell. But by Remove-DistributionGroup I get this error.
But now it is solved.

Have you tried to create Distribution group using powershell?
Can you provide the following screenshot?

2.Screenshot of creating a distribution group
3.Screenshots of any reported errors.
But now it is solved.
How did you resolve it? I'm facing the same issue and even after a few hours of waiting, I'm receiving the same powershell error and can't see the group in Exchange Admin Center or Entra ID...

I run the Remove-DistributionGroup Powershell multiple time, but everytime I got an error. But suddenly the Group was away.
