I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance in resolving an issue I am experiencing with duplicate Microsoft profiles. It appears that I have two separate profiles, one associated with my personal account and another with my work account. I would like to merge these accounts into one unified profile to streamline my usage and avoid any confusion.

I would appreciate your assistance in merging these two profiles, or providing guidance on how I can do so in a way that ensures no loss of data or access.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your support in resolving this issue. Please let me know if any further information is required from my side.

    Hi @Sukh Kaur

Thank you for posting your issue on Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you have two profiles that is personal and work account merging one personal and one official into a single unified profile isn't straightforward because Microsoft profiles are unique and cannot be merged or combined.

However, you can use both profiles simultaneously by signing in to each profile separately. You can also link your personal and work accounts to access them both from a single login.

To link your personal and work accounts, you can follow these steps:

Sign in to your work account and go to the Microsoft account settings.

Under the "Account Management" section, click on "Add account".

Follow the prompts to sign in to your personal account.

Once your personal account is linked, you can switch between your official and personal accounts by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of the page and selecting the account you want to use.

By linking your personal and work accounts, you can access both accounts from a single login and switch between them as needed.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have any further queries.

If this answers your query, do click `Accept Answer` and `Yes`.

    Thanks,

    B. Siri Chandana.
