Can the print settings of EXCEL continue to be used in WORD

Question

When I transfer an EXCEL table to a WORD document, the original EXCEL table that can print two pages only has one page in WORD. If I pull it in WORD, all the content can be displayed, but the header set in EXCEL cannot be displayed. What should I do?

Could you please tell us how did you transfer an EXCEL table into a WORD document?

In my opinion, the Word and Excel are 2 apps, the print settings cannot be used in Word. You need to do some settings in Word, such as the settings in table properties:

• Select the table in your Word document.
• Right-click on the table and select Table Properties.
• Go to Row tab, under Size, adjust the height of the rows, increase row height.
• Click OK to apply the changes. Check whether the Excel table can across two pages in Word.

For the header, as John Korchok suggested, please add the header in Word document manually.

Or you could add the header duplicated in Excel table, check whether the header lost in Word.
