Automated Availability Options for 2+ calendars

Is there an app or a way outlook can sugest a range of availabilty options, for 2 or more people, from my company's directory without manually looking through people's calendars or schedule view. I also don't want to have to bother people with polls or any emails. Ideally I would type a person's email from my company's directory into a field, add a date range and it would give me back all the available times of that person's calendar and find common outcomes, between the calendars selected, to be able to suggest times.

    Hi @Ellis, A

    Welcome to our forum!

You may use Outlook's Scheduling Assistant which can help you find available times for multiple people. Here's how to use it:

    • Create a New Meeting: In Outlook, create a new meeting.
    • Add Attendees: Add the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
    • Use Scheduling Assistant: Click on the "Scheduling Assistant" tab. This will show you the availability of all attendees and suggest times when everyone is free.

    Hope it helps!
