You may use Outlook's Scheduling Assistant which can help you find available times for multiple people. Here's how to use it:
- Create a New Meeting: In Outlook, create a new meeting.
- Add Attendees: Add the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
- Use Scheduling Assistant: Click on the "Scheduling Assistant" tab. This will show you the availability of all attendees and suggest times when everyone is free.
