    Hello SRIKANTH V.L,

    Thanks for your question

This error indicates that access to Entra has been blocked by a conditional access policy.

To get the specific reason why this is happening, I recommend using the sign-in logs.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as at least a Conditional Access Administrator.
    2. Go to users and select the specific user with an issue, and navigate to the sign in logs pane. Click the sign-in log in question
    3. Navigate to the conditional access pane and you will see policies applied

You can further troubleshoot using: Troubleshooting sign-in problems with Conditional Access

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Hello @SRIKANTH V.L,

Based on the error code 53003, it seems the sign-in is failing due to a Conditional Access policy.

To help resolve this issue, please check the Entra sign-in logs in the Azure portal to identify the affected Conditional Access policy.

Please follow these steps to understand which Conditional Access policy is causing the issue:

    1. Sign in to the Azure Portal.
    2. Go to Microsoft Entra ID > Sign-in logs
    3. Find the specific sign-in event related to the issue by filtering with the correlation ID.
    4. Once you've located the sign-in event, select the Conditional Access tab. This will show the policy that caused the sign-in failure.
    5. Understand why the policy is getting failed or what is not getting satisfied from the CA policy.
    6. If you are not sure what is failing from CA policy, please attach a screenshot of it. So that I can provide your further details.
