Please clear your browser cache, try a different browser, and use incognito mode. Also, "Better whenever you start the lab, don't open other windows until the lab completes" is a suggestion to stay focused during the lab session for better results.
We tested it on our end and everything is working fine. Kindly refer to the screenshot's below and follow the instructions on the right side when launching the lab.
