Maps I made in ArcGIS no longer have a Bing basemap. Esri says I can get a Bing Maps key to get the maps to display properly. How do I get the Bing Maps key?

For this doc, the Azure Maps Elevation services and Render V2 DEM tiles will be retired on May 5, 2023.
Refer to this doc for the Azure Maps SDK Elevation client library.
So, use the Bing Maps Get Elevations service to is deprecated replace with the Azure Maps services. For pricing and licensing options, view the Bing Maps licensing.
This answer is incorrect. Please see the notification at the top of the Bing Maps documentation as it states "Bing Maps for Enterprise is deprecated and will be retired.“ Also, this is asking for Base map not elevation so that reference doesn't apply.

Basic keys are no longer available from Bing Maps. Please use "Azure Maps" within ESRI.
