Error in upgrading my subscription

I was trying to upgrade my Azure student account which was disabled to a pay-as-you-go account.

I had already given the payment details on the sign-in page of Azure.

After which I followed: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/upgrade-azure-subscription

to upgrade my subscription, but while doing so: I got this errorScreenshot 2025-01-16 212539

Can I know what I should do?
