    Hi @Rangari, Ankit Shripatrao
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A platform and thanks for posting your query here.

Based on the error you received, it appears that your Azure subscription has hit the quota limits for the Standard_DADSv5 Family Cores in the West US 2 region. The error message indicates that you currently have a quota of 0, and you need at least 8 vCPUs to proceed with your deployment.

To resolve this issue, you can submit a quota increase request for the Standard DADSv5 Family vCPUs to increase your quota to at least 8 vCPUs. This will allow you to deploy your resources successfully. Additionally, please ensure that the Total Regional vCPUs for West US 2 are sufficient to accommodate your total resource usage, including any existing virtual machines or other resources.

You can submit a request for the quota increase here: Request Quota Increase

If you continue experiencing issues, it might be helpful to set up Quota Monitoring Alerts to keep track of your usage and avoid hitting quota limits unexpectedly. You can find more information on setting up alerts here: Quota Monitoring Alerts
