I too have a corporate account and just recently started getting the 1mb limit message. I don't have a separate Copilot license. We get our license through our licensing with Microsoft. It used to accept files bigger than 1mb. Can someone @microsoft please let us know if this is intended behavior, dependent on the organization, licensing?? Anything??? Microsoft - throw everyone here a bone and let us know what happened.

Reasons Behind the 1MB Upload Limit: The 1MB upload limit is primarily in place to manage server load and ensure optimal performance for all users. This restriction helps prevent potential issues related to large file processing and storage1.

    Workarounds or Solutions:

Compress Your Files: You can use file compression tools to reduce the size of your documents before uploading them.

Split Your Documents: If possible, divide your larger documents into smaller sections that are under the 1MB limit.

Use External Storage: Upload your larger files to a cloud storage service (like OneDrive or SharePoint) and share the link within Copilot2.

Upcoming Updates: There hasn't been any official announcement regarding changes to the upload limit for Copilot. However, it's always a good idea to keep an eye on the Microsoft 365 roadmap and community forums for any updates3.

I hope these suggestions help you manage your documents more effectively. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

This is definitely a significant problem for Copilot pro. Most other LLMs are allowing larger file attachments. 1MB is severely limiting - can you please at least link to the page showing this limitation (Copilot pro feature list/limitations or similar)? Thanks.
