Hi guys I'm trying to access azure student (annual) to further my education and I'm a mature student in Ireland. My college is called eCollege with the email address of " ########@solas.ie" but it will not accept it it says domain not good.

It imposable to log a call with Microsoft as the dame questions go around in circles and you end back up where you started or with a solution that is wildly incorrect assuming its fixed the issue. So so annoying...

Anyone got a solution to this .. I cant contact Azure without an Azure account and even when I sign up with a sudo email (One month)I cant get the software to let me log a call. Again it gives me fixes witch are not near what the issue is and assumes its fixed it and will not allow me to log a call.

What do I do?

    Some possible reasons why your school email address may not be eligible include:

    • Per the requirements for the offerm your school must be an accredited, degree-granting, two-year or four-year educational institution where you’re a full-time student.
    • The school email domain is not recognized as an eligible domain for the program.

    Thanks again, Adiola and Rey. I really appreciate your time and effort in trying to help me. Unfortunately, I’ve already done the trial, and it ended too quickly. Between studying and looking at the portal, time just flew by, and now it’s run out. I’ll manage somehow, but I truly appreciate your help.
