How can I save a CoPilot Studio conversation and automate the selected data?

I'm developing an IT support Copilot Studio bot that offers step-by-step troubleshooting guidance. If the issue remains unresolved, the bot will save the conversation, including the steps followed and user login details, and automatically email this information.
