    Hi @Tuğba Eryılmaz

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on my research, there is a copilot button when you create a New Email, but there is no button in a New Meeting. If you want to schedule a meeting with copilot, you may take the following steps:

    1. Invoke Copilot by clicking on the Copilot icon. (The copilot icon in Outlook is generally on the left side of the toolbar.)
    2. Enter the details of your meeting, including participants and preferred time slots.
    3. Let Copilot do the rest: It will suggest the best times, check everyone's availability, and send out the invites.

    Hope it helps.
