Hello dear support,

Please kindly help to resolve the issue while Skype for Business setup. All users from our organization can't sign in getting the error KB2566790. I've just added CNAME and SRV records,

But after checking through https://www.testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ I got following results:

Please help me, what do I need to change or add to make Skype for Business work.

Thank you.

    Hi @AyrenR

Autodiscover is used to obtain configuration information for servers to which it connects. According your error report, that means you have a Skype for Business (SFB) DNS configuration issue with your Office 365 account, this lead to Autodiscover failed, so I would like to know have you checked this article to troubleshoot your DNS records(make sure you have admin right).
