I have been advised that there is a redirect taking place on our website which i believe is due to there being a front door instance active on it.
This relates to an issue where onetrust's scanner is only scanning 100 out of 200+ pages on our website.
Below is the response from onetrust technical:
'I think I’ve figured out what’s going on - when we queue the sitemap pages for the domain (297 pages) some of the pages previously picked up by our scanner are redirecting outside of the allowed domain.
Example: {"tenantId":"","x-onetrust-module":"(none)","userId":"","tenantGuid":"","time":"","log":"WARN [pool-8-thread-7] Domain Redirection Error for page https://www.mydomain.com/blog/blog-post/, not publishing the page","stream":"stdout"}
Instead of navigating to the above URL that is contained in the sitemap, we’re redirected to: https://wan-app-mydomaindotcom.azurewebsites.net/blog/blog-post/ and we won’t count the redirected page. This is as designed. Can you ask the customer if they’ve changed some of their blog or news posts to be hosted on azure websites?'
Has anyone had experience of this happening? Is this a misconfiguration error our side or is this a limitation of onetrust's system?
