Onedrive showing empty folders, with folders showing 0kb after reinstalling windows 11

Question

After reinstalling windows 11, onedrive was also reinstalled. I logged into onedrive and emptied the recycle bin, only to discover that my onedrive folders are empty, and files cannot be recovered from the recycle bin.

Files are showing 0kb

NOTE: Recycle bin has been emptied.

I have performed restore onedrive severally to no avail.

Please, can anyone help me to recover my files?

Have you unlinked your OneDrive account first before reinstalling Windows 11？

Do you mean, there is no files either when you signed in OneDrive online?

According to your screenshots, it seems that you are using OneDrive for Business, please check the site collection recycle bin (The second-stage recycle bin).
