Azure Front Door 403 Response despite No Error

Hello,

I am running into an issue with an Azure Front Door connected to a Function App where I am getting 403 responses. Looking at the logs, there is no error message. There are also no firewall logs showing that the request is being blocked by the WAF policy. Turning the WAF policy to detection mode does not solve the issue. The Function App is connected with the AzureFrontDoor.Backend tag with the corresponding Front Door ID.

I was wondering if there is any way to figure what could be going wrong here.
