Image failed to validate. NotAcceptable: The tenant is in Failed state due to: {0}.
I am trying to create a dev box definition, and it fails with error "Image failed to validate. NotAcceptable: The tenant is in Failed state due to: {0}." .
Do I need to do something to fix it?

2025-01-10T19:24:47.68+00:00 the error comes when i try to create dev box definitions, after clicking the dev centers, and create dev box definitions. I select the first base definition, it says creating, then after a few minutes it errors.

Is the image you are selecting is valid and accessible? Is it sourced from Azure Compute Gallery, marketplace, or custom shared image and is it in same region as Dev center. Check all your resources are in same region.
Once try taking another image, so we can check if it is issue with image or not.
Check if the quota in your subscription in available for the region. Please check and let me know, so that I can help you further. -
