Here’s the correct translation into English:

We encountered an issue when accessing shared files/folders using OneDrive Local (PC/Laptop/Windows Explorer).

User A & User B

User A shares a file/folder with User B. When accessed via a web browser, the file/folder can be accessed simultaneously. Is it possible for User A and User B to access the file/folder on their respective Windows Explorer on their PC/laptop (the same way it is accessed via the web browser)?

The issue is that it cannot be accessed; in OneDrive Windows Explorer, the file/folder is not detected.

We kindly request your assistance with this case.

    Hi @Wanwan

Microsoft is currently promoting the “Add shortcut to My files” function, the shortcut of shared folders can be synced to local OneDrive folder.

But! There is a known issue, if you open a synchronized shortcut in Windows File Explorer, it will jump to the OneDrive online instead of an actual folder, besides, there is no Estimated timeline for the fix.

For more, you may refer to: Add and sync shared folders to OneDrive for home and Add shortcuts to shared folders in OneDrive for work or school

We deeply regret and apologize for the inconvenience that you had to face.
