ServiceNow Linked Service not able to get the data using copy activity

Question

I am trying to connect to Service now from synapse to copy data of incidents and some other data. I tested the linked service after providing the credential and as successful to test the connection. but when trying to preview the data, get the below error. for incident table, but its working for sys_user table. I'm check with service now developer for any permission issue, but all the necessary permissions.

can anyone help me out on this?

As per my understanding, you are facing issue while trying to copy data from service now data store. The error says 'unexpected character encountered' .

It seems there is some extra spaces or a new line character present in the expression or the value , possibly tablename . Kindly make sure to double check it and remove the unwanted characters.

Additionally, kindly try to use 'add dynamic content' option to provide the expression or value instead of directly writing in the textbox.
