Good morning, when using the remote desktop against my laptop, after a few minutes or seconds, the connection drops, reviewing the event viewer I have seen the following critical errors.

I have updated the drivers and Windows 11 without success.

I don't know what exact driver he is referring to, since it may be because he updated a long time ago to uninstall and install again, but none appears wrong.

Viewer Error:

The Microsoft Remote Display Adapter device (in location (unknown)) is offline due to a crash in the user-mode drivers. Windows will try to restart the device 5 more times. Contact the manufacturer for more information about this issue.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Mentioned error typically indicates user-mode drivers issue.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

1.Download and update the graphics drivers from Lenovo website.

2.Disable WDDM graphics driver and check if issue persists.

3.Navifate to Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Remote Session Environment.

Enable section "Use hardware graphics adapters for all Remote Desktop Services sessions".

To help other customers who may be facing the same issue, please don't forget to vote if the reply is helpful.

    Best Regards

Hello. It seems that it doesn't happen to me again, I indicate how I have it in case it helps:

gpedit.msc - Go to Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Remote Session Environment.

The following is Disabled: "Use hardware graphics adapters for all Remote Desktop Services sessions".

And there also, disabled: Use the WDDM graphics display driver for Remote Desktop Connection.

I have Windows 11 and right now it's working fine with those two disabled.
