    Hi,

    What is the error message?

I suggest you check file path, OneDrive might have moved your libraries to a different location. Go to your File Explorer, right-click on your documents library, and go to Properties > Path > Move. Move them to C:\users\username\documents (replace username with your actual username).

If File Explorer cannot see OneDrive, you might need to re-associate it. Click on OneDrive in File Explorer, and if an error box pops up, follow the instructions to link it again and then sync.

You can also reset OneDrive: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/reset-onedrive-34701e00-bf7b-42db-b960-84905399050c

Please try these methods and let us know if you would like further assistance.
