Are you using Outlook.com account?
And does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client?
And no this is not because i have them on blocked senders list or that i havent added it to safe senders list or because of any rule, filter, spam or any other of my settings, No this is because outlooks servers themselfs has for some reason blocked this email adress from sending emails, as any other domains from the company works fine for me to recieve its just this particular one i cannot recieve from which is most important one as it sends the 2fa login codes
Do you mean that only emails from no-reply@comunicaciones.rempe.es are blocked?
If so, it's suggested that you could add the sender to the Safe Senders List in Outlook desktop client:
