Does anyone know what these hidden 16MB and 15.9MB local drives are that are not visible in disk management?

Can these partitions be created by Windows PE or Kaspersky Rescue Disk to hide viruses from Windows Defender and how can I find out the creation date of these hidden partitions?

    It is very common on modern systems for drives to be formatted and partitioned using GPT instead of the legacy MBR layout. Among the many differences between the two is the existence of a hidden reserved partition on a GPT drive. This is known as a Microsoft reserved partition and by design is not displayed by Disk Management. You can read more about this at UEFI/GPT-based hard drive partitions
