How to answer Copilot's issue of not being fluid day to day

Why is it Microsoft can't figure out how to let Copilot remember conversations to retain for further discussions or work projects yet contain the privacy issue. If you can't figure it out. Let me know, I believe I can help.

You already have the answer. You use the customers computer to retain the information for excel, word and other programs by providing the platform and having the customer's computer retain the information. Example. Excel program is a blank slate, the program comes up and has no information, that is the format, the data is stored on the customers computer. The only difference would be that AI is not a program stored in the customer's computer but provided by microsoft but the data that Copilot needs to retain for the illusion of memory will be stored on the customer's computer in the same manner. You maintain the control of Copilot and the customer maintains the control of the data.
